How to access Fondo EST?
To access Fondo EST services:
- go to the website https://www.fondoest.it
- click “Area Riservata Accedi” at the top right

if you are accessing for the first time:
- click on “Area riservata MyFondoEst – Registrazione DIPENDENTI”
- fill out the form with your details (provide your personal email address) and save
- from the next access, you can log in from “Area riservata MyFondoEst – Login DIPENDENTI”.
If you forget your password:
- click on “forgot password”
- provide your email address
- you will be sent the password recovery procedure
How Fondo EST work?
Fondo EST has been operating since 2006 and provides supplementary health care to registered workers, in addition to the National Health Service.
It is guaranteed to all permanent employees and apprentices.
Health coverage starts on the first day of the 4th month of permanent employment
(example: permanent contract starting on January 1st → coverage starts on April 1st).
Fondo EST supports its members through:
- Reimbursement of medical expenses under the public health system (ULSS).
- Free preventive health packages.
- Booking of specialist medical visits in many affiliated health facilities.
By logging into the “Area Riservata MyFondoEst” with username and password, you can:
- View your health coverage.
- Submit reimbursement requests and check their status online.
- Book outpatient medical services (not related to hospitalization) at affiliated facilities.
- From July 15, register your family members in the Reserved Area. This is required to activate health coverage for dependent minor children starting from September 1st, 2025.

Emails sent to other addresses will not be processed.
