How can I access Pluxee?
Download the Pluxee Italia app from Play Store or App Store.
To log in, you must follow the procedure indicated by the application:
- on the website, you will be asked to enter your email address (enter the Aruba email)
- you will be sent a code via email that you must enter on the website as a security check
- at this point, you will be redirected back to the application on your mobile
- if this is your first time logging in, you must associate your card
- you must enter the card number received via email (search in the Aruba email by typing “pluxee” or “sodexo” in the search bar)
- enter your tax code
- click on associate
- additional information about your card, such as the expiration date and CVV, will be automatically sent to your email address
- enter these details to finalize the card association
Now you can view your meal vouchers.
How can I view and use the meal vouchers?
To use the meal vouchers, you must log in to the Pluxee Italia app where, once the card is associated, you can see the meal vouchers recharged by the company. The meal vouchers are loaded onto the application by the 10th of the month following the accrual month.
To make a payment:
- in the "Home" select “Pay Now”
- enter the amount to be paid and click on “Proceed”
- choose how many vouchers to use (max €40.00 per transaction, multiple consecutive transactions are possible) and click on “Proceed”
- communicate the numeric code to the merchant
- In a few seconds, you will have made the payment without a card!
Alternatively to the app, you can request the physical card by forwarding the request to the HR help desk service (note: it will no longer be possible to use the vouchers via the app).
