Portal Access
To access the meal booking portal for the Offices/Logistics Center site, you must download the “EURORISTORAZIONE” App (free on PlayStore or AppStore).
Enter your identification credentials:
- Email: ARUBA email (e.g. XXXXXX000001@tosanomail.com)
- Password: 123456
If you forget your password:
- Click on “recover password”
- Enter your Aruba email address, where you will receive the recovery procedure
- Click on the link in the email
- Enter a new password and remember it
How to book a meal?
To book a meal, once logged into the App, you must:
- select the pickup location by choosing the dining hall (e.g., Carni, Hbwone, Palazzina A, or Offices).

Four boxes will appear. To proceed with the booking, click on the colored “Food Manager” box
- The other boxes allow you to view all dish ingredients, recipes for a specific week, and the entire recipe catalog. All sections allow filtering by course type and excluding dishes containing specific allergens.
- Select the booking day.

Select the meal type, choosing from:
- Single dishes (lunch boxes/salads) on the first screen
- Traditional courses (first, second, and side dish) on the second screen.
- Click on the image of the selected dish to choose it (for traditional courses, up to 3 dishes can be booked).
- Clicking Next will show a summary.

At this point, click Confirm to complete the booking,
- otherwise click Back if you wish to make changes.
- Returning to the calendar, the booking will be shown in green on the corresponding day.
Meal bookings and/or modifications must be made by 10:00 AM on the day before consumption. Bookings for Saturday, Sunday, and Monday must be made by the preceding Friday at 10:00 AM. Cancellations are allowed until 8:30 AM on the same day.
To cancel a booking, select the day from the calendar screen, click Delete and confirm the cancellation.
How to collect your meal?
To collect your meal from the VENDING MACHINE, you must first download your personal QRCODE from the App after logging in.
To do so, log in to the meal booking App with your credentials, and on the main screen, download the QRCODE, save it on your smartphone or PC, or print a hard copy.
To collect your meal, follow this procedure:
- go to the dining hall for which you made the booking,
- Present the QR-code to the distributor’s sensor,
- The system will indicate which delivery point (1-2-3 or 4, if available) to collect the meal from,
- Go to the pickup point and present the QR CODE
- The door with your meal will open, then proceed to collect it.
Meal pickup is allowed throughout the day (until midnight), but it will not be possible to collect the meal on the following day.
